Caroline Harridence, Cloud Manager
Caroline started her accountancy career in 1993 with PWC and joined the firm in February 2017 from Australia where she had lived for the previous five years. Caroline is an experienced audit and account manager and has a wide range of accountancy experience in both practice and industry. Caroline is the Cloud Manager for the Peterborough office and one of the firm’s cloud experts. She is an active member of both the firm’s Digital Solutions team and also the wider MHA Digital Solutions Group where she regularly meets to discuss cloud developments and opportunities for the group. Caroline advises clients on the provision of cloud accountancy solutions and assists them in their preparation for HMRC’s Making Tax Digital in 2019. She also regularly writes articles on cloud topics for both internal and external publications.
Francis Hudson, Tax Director
Francis joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as Tax Director in June 2018 bringing with him over 20 years of knowledge and experience of advising clients on a wide range of UK tax matters. Having graduated from Cambridge University, Francis qualified at a Berkshire based firm before gaining experience at top six accountancy firms. His clients have varied in size from sole traders up to global corporations, with a special interest in corporate transactions and property matters. He uses his knowledge as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser to give his clients clear advice that meets their needs.
